Case Study #28: The Fire House
We purchased this house in February 2016 for about $71,000.00. As you can see from the pictures, we had our work cut-out for us! We spent over $130,000.00 in rehab costs to get this place to look this good. The biggest challenge was removing (and sealing) smoke damage. In the end we made a profit of over $25,000.00 after all expenses (closing costs, commissions, etc). The entire project took 8 months to complete from purchase to sale.
